I don't usually splurge on scallops, so I'm so glad I did!Super easy too with only 6 ingredients and 10-15 min prep and cook time!

² Ingredients

  •  8 scallop (2" x 1-1/4" x 3/4") Scallops
  •  1 serving (19g) Sesame Seeds
  •  1 cup, NS as to from fresh, frozen, or canned Cooked Spinach
  •  1 tbsp Honey
  •  1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Marukan Rice Vinegar
   

q Directions

Ingredients (2 servings): 8 scallops, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, I cup cooked spinach, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp rice vinegar. Directions: Mix liquids and honey, dip scallops, then sauté in hot olive oil a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Sauté spinach, mold into stack (with measuring cup or small ramekin). Place scallops on top, top with remaining sauce and sesame seeds!
