This recipe is so easy and so simple! It is perfect for fitness competitors who need something quick on the go. It is low in fat and carbs and high in protein. The perfect pre or post-workout meal!
Combine all the dry ingredients. Add enough water (or Almond Milk) to make the batter thick just like a pancake mix. Preheat pan on medium heat and make silver dollar size pancakes. Wait around 3 minutes until you flip.
*Make sure not to leave on the pan for too long, the pancakes can get very dry.
