³ Description

the simplest, most delicious protein pie EVER! with a delicious @krushbars crust<333

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
  •  0.0625 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Peanut Flour Defatted
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Banana Nut Muffin Natural Protein Bar
  •  0.0625 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

q Directions

Ingredients:
1/2 Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Krush Bar (or Quest Bar) (make sure you slice the bar length wise!)
1/2 Banana, mashed
1 TB greek yogurt
1/2 TB water
1 TB peanut flour (or pb2)

Method:
Take your 1/2 Krush Bar (sliced length wise) and slice it again, this time from the side so the length is still the same.. you are just halving the width.
Line a ramekin with parchment paper and mold the two Krush Bar pieces along the inside. See below for a picture.
Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl.
After 10 minutes, remove the ramekin, fill with your mixture, and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. The filling will become the texture of a thick pudding.
Remove and enjoy!
NOTE: the cooking times are long because of the parchment paper, you can try removing the parchment paper and cooking in foil to shorten the times, you just will not be able to remove your pie very easily, but if you don't need to take a picture that shouldn't be a problem!
