The easiest and tastiest soup EVER!

² Ingredients

  •  22 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Stock
  •  1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  4 clove Garlic
  •  8 cup Spinach
  •  5 medium Egg
  •  3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
   

q Directions

1. In a large pot, saute diced onion, and minced garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil.
2. Add in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat, Add in coarsely chopped spinach, whisked eggs, and parmesan cheese.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
