3 INGREDIENTS of pure amazement. One of my favorite cheat appetizers used to be fried pickles, and now I will never be tempted to eat them again. This was beyond easy and so

² Ingredients

  •  12 slice Sweet Cucumber Pickle
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (110 g)) Quinoa (Cooked)
  •  3 oz Dijon Mustard
   

q Directions

Ingredients (for 12 chips): 12 cucumber pickle chips, 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 2-3 tbsp Dijon mustard. Directions: Coat chips in Dijon mustard, then coat cooked quinoa on top of that and gently pat down so it sticks. Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes until its a bit crunchy. I served with nonfat Greek yogurt and Sriracha mix!
