² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 4 oz) Honeysuckle White 99% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  •  3/4 cup, cooked Quinoa (Cooked)
  •  1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Bell Peppers
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Onions
  •  1/2 plum Tomatoes
  •  1/4 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Ortega 40% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 second spray) PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  •  1/2 cup, sliced Avocados
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tablespoon Salsa
  •  1/4 cup Cilantro
   

q Directions

Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground turkey
- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tomato; diced
- 1/4 jalapeno pepper; diced
- 1 1/2 T Homemade Taco Seasoning
- Cooking spray

Optional Toppings
- Shredded Fat Free Cheese
- Cilantro
- Greek yogurt
- Salsa

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray
2. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat
3. Saute the onions until lightly browned
4. Add the ground turkey and cook until almost fully cooked
5. Mix in the remaining ingredients
6. Divide the mixture into the 2 ramekins and sprinkle with cheese (optional)
7. Bake for 10 minutes to allow all of the ingredients to finish cooking
8. Serve with your favorite toppings
