Whats then a BLT... a BLT with Turkey and Avocado that is totally clean and healthy! This is sooo good AND tatstes sooo guilty!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) French's Honey Mustard
  •  3 cherry Cherry Tomatoes
  •  2 slice (1 oz) Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat
  •  1/4 cup, cubes Avocados
  •  0.2 cup Spinach
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 wedge) Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
   

q Directions

Turkey Bacon Avocado quesadilla!

1 light laughing laughing cow swiss cheese wedge
1 tbs Ramono cheese (MINE is 1.5 g fat and 20 cals per tbs) OR Another 1/2 light laughing cow swiss cheese wedge
Handful ripped spinach
(Mash the above listed ingredients together and blend well. Cover half the tortilla with mixture)
then top with:
1 tbs bacon bits
1/4 avocado sliced thin
3-4 cherry tomatoes sliced thin
2 tsp honey mustard
2 slices deli meat


Fold in half spray a pan with olive oil spray and let cook on medium until slighting browned/toasted and then flip.
