Yes...its Healthy. And whats better then adding avocado to a BLT plus chicken! Perfect for a fast lunch or to make the night before and pack it to go!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (22 g)) Turkey Bacon
  •  0 small leaf Lettuce
  •  1 small (3" long) Young Green Onions
  •  0.12 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tbsp Black Pepper
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 6 leaves) Kroger Romaine Hearts
  •  8 cherry Cherry Tomatoes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Sprouts Farmers Market Cracked Wheat Bread
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 oz drained) Great Value Canned Chicken
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving) Which Wich Avocado
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kraft Light Mayonnaise
  •  0.08 serving (serving = 1/2 packet) Sweet Leaf Stevia
   

q Directions

Serves 1 :
½ cup chopped chicken (even canned chicken works)
7ish grape tomatoes cut in thirds
1 slice turkey bacon cooked and crumbled or 1 tbs bacon bits
1-2 tbs chopped green onion
1.5 tbs Greek yogurt
1 tbs LOW-FAT mayo NOT light (The kind that I use is only 15 cal - 1 g of fat. Kraft makes one)
Pinch of Stevia
Salt and pepper to taste
A few pieces of lettuce
1-2 tbs avocado about 1/5th - just enough to spread over a slice of bread.
1 slice of bread toasted

Directions:
-Mix chicken ,Greek yogurt, and mayo together with salt , pepper and pinch of Stevia.
-Add in chopped tomatoes and chopped turkey bacon.
-Toast bread and spread avocado on top as if it were butter.
-Top bread with lettuce and then chicken salad mixture. I will normally sprinkle with pepper on top as well .
