These cookies are light and delisious perfect for breakfast, a snack, or before or after a workout!
1 c oats
1 tbs nut butter of choice
2 tbs chocolate pb2
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 packets stevia
1 small mashed ripe banana
optional (but included in the calorie break down: 1.5 tbs vanilla protein and 1.5 tbs chocolate protein powder
2 tbs of chocolate chips of you choice.
Mix everything together and bake at
350 degrees for 11 minutes.
