Makes 4 fluffy pancakes:
🍥2 tbs Coconut flour
🍥2 Large egg whites
🍥1/4 C Almond milk (or milk of choice)
🍥1/2 tsp Baking powder
🍥1 pkt Stevia (or to taste)
🍥1/2 a smashed banana
🍥1tbs water
Optional: a few drops coconut extract
Toppings:
1.5 tbsp chocolate PB2 mixed with water to make a drizzle consistency
Dollop of fat free whip cream from a can
A few pieces if chopped banana
