No Take Out! Make your own favorite fried rice, the clean & healthy way!
In a Large Pan (or Wok), heat 1 TB Coconut Oil
Add in:
1/2 Small White Onion, chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup Carrots, chopped
1 TB Ginger Paste
1/2 TB Garlic Paste
Sauté for about 2-3 minutes on Medium Heat
Move Onion/Pepper aside and crack 1 large Egg. Scramble then mix.
Add:
1 Cup Cabbage, chopped
1/8 Cup Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
Season with about 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric and a few dashes of Chili Powder
Sauté for another 3-4 minutes
Toss in 2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
Remove from Heat after 2-3 minutes
