A Warm & Comforting Apple Bowl
Cut & Core 4 Gala Apples.
Bake on 375 for about 15 minutes.
Cook 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Cereal (I used Bob's Red Mill) as directed on packaging.
For a creamier cereal, I brought 3/4 Cup Water & 1/2 Cup Skim Milk to a boil, added cereal, vanilla extract, cinnamon & Coconut Sugar.
Simmer for 8 minutes, stir occasionally.
Add diced apple chunks (from the cored apples) and fill baked apples.
Add a drop of Maple Syrup & a Dash of Cinnamon to each.
