Comfort a chilly fall morning with this baked breakfast
In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups skim milk.
Add:
1/2 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 TB Pumpkin Puree
1 TB Coconut Sugar (or your favorite sweetener)
Let simmer for about 3 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pour into 2 ramekins, very lightly sprayed with coconut oil
Top each with 1 TB Pumpkin Puree, 1/2 TB Nutella & a dash of Coconut Sugar. Swirl with spoon
Bake on 425 degrees for about 15 minutes
