A Cool Dip perfect for scooping with Veggies and/or Pita Chips

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

In a Bowl, Mix:

6 oz. Plain non Fat Greek Yogurt

The juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 minced garlic clove

3/4 of a medium Cucumber (2-3 diced slices, the rest grated)

2 TB Fresh Dill

1/2 TB Ground Flax Seed

1/2 Scoop Unflavored Whey Protein (I used “Now”)

Cover & let sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

I served it with some raw veggies & 1/2 serving of baked multi-grain pita chips.

**ChefTiffy Tip**

Like your sauce a little thicker? Don’t grate the cucumber, just dice it.
