Gluten-Free Almond Meal Muffins
Mix:

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Coconut Oil


1/2 Cup Almond Meal

1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 of a Banana, mashed

1/4 TB Chia Seeds
1 1/2 TB Chopped Hazelnuts
1/2 TB Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Sweetener of choice - I used 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Sugar
Pre-Heat Oven at 375 degrees
Spoon batter into foil muffin molds
