We all tend to hate low carb day because we have trouble finding ways to eat the things we love without added starch. Well how about pizza on low carb day!? Whhaaattt? Yep and it only takes 10 minutes and the crust is only 4 ingredients! :) what's not to love? BTW.... -this crust is WAY easier than cauliflower crust -you can pick it up to eat it -it's gluten, grain, sugar, and whatever else u can think of FREE :) -and its so low cal that u can make 5 of them if u want!
In a magic bullet or blender, blend the following
1/4c cottage cheese
2 egg whites
1T psyllium husks
1T almond milk
-Pour in a large pan and cook like a pancake.. but overcook it to get a crispy-like crust
-add whatever toppings you like! I added homemade tomato sauce, fresh basil, cooked Turkey meat, raw cauliflower bits (for a good crunch) and shredded parmesan
-broil in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese starts to brown
-Finally... eat like its high carb day :)
