A delicious spin on burger patties packed with high protein good carbohydrates and low but healthy fats. If your macros allow it, you can easily eat this whole recipe!
Mix the following together in a bowl:
Small sweet potato (6oz) grated
2 cans well-drained tuna (8oz)
1/4c onion (1oz) diced
Lemon wedge grated
1 egg
1t Cracked pepper
1T fresh basil
1T fresh lemon thyme
Jalapeño, chili pepper, & salt to taste
Form into 4 patties like snowballs and place on a George Foreman or pan fry on medium heat with a little coconut oil
macros are for each individual HUGE patty. I ate 2 with a side of 6 oz of broccoli and was stuffed!!
