³ Description

Since my favorite candy is Reese's ... this was just the inevitable... every night for dinner (^-^) prepare for the greatest, 100% clean and guilt free chocolate peanut butter protein pancake foodgasm your mouth could ever dream up... I know there's a lot of protein pancake recipes out there but this one.... words do no justice.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Blend in a magic bullet:
1/3c oats (blend to flour first)
2T cottage cheese
1/2c unsweet vanilla almond milk
1T psyllium husks (a fiber you can get in any vitamin shop)
1T coconut flour
1 egg
2T water
1/2 scoop whey (I used cellucor pb marshmallow)
1 tsp baking soda
1T powdered peanut butter

Cook pancakes on a greased skillet on medium heat. Flip when the tops start to show bubbles. Makes 5, 4-5" diameter pancakes.

For the chocolate sauce, Mix the following until smooth:
1/4c plain Greek yogurt
1-2T cocoa powder (depends how chocolatey you like it)
1T whey protein (I used muscleology vanilla cuz it's so sweet and tastes like candy)
1-3T almond milk (start with one and add if you need to thin it out)
Stevia to sweeten

Spread a spoonful of the sauce on top of each pancake and stack. Pour the rest on top and top with 1T your favorite nut butter (I used nuttzo)!

(Microwave if you need to warm them back up)

Devour.
