Ultimate Tuna Melt- bread, tuna, pickles, dairy free cheese, and peanut butter

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) Kroger 100% Whole Wheat Bread (34g)
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 oz drained) StarKist Foods Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Go Veggie Go Veggie Cheese
  •  1/2 cup Pickles
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Great Value Crunchy Peanut Butter
   

q Directions

Ultimate toasted tuna melt: use two pieces of bread and toast them (in a toaster). Layer with tuna and vegan cheese for the bottom layer. Middle layer is sweet pickles. Top layer is crunchy peanut butter.
