Vegan Cookie Dough Blizzard
1 peeled, sliced, frozen banana
2 pitted dates
6 raw almonds
1/8 cup SF syrup
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
Blend the dates, almonds, syrup, and milk together in a food processor. The texture will end up like a Larabar. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Once the “cookie dough†mixture has set up, roll into tiny balls and set aside.
Put frozen banana into food processor. Mix until creamy. Add cookie dough balls and fold into banana “ice creamâ€. Top with almonds and vegan chocolate chips.
