Cake for breakfast has to be one of the most amazing things in the world. Protein cake is even more amazing.
Vegetarian Protein Carrot Cake Recipe:
1/2 cup carrots
2 egg whites
1/4 cup quinoa flour
1/2 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP almond extract
Blend the above together in a blender. Microwave for 90 seconds
"Frosting" consists of 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder mixed with 2 oz coconut soy yogurt. Top with carrot shreds.
