This recipe is no-bake, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, no added sugar, no added oil., and no added salt.
In a blender/food processor/NINJA (the name of my blender cracks me up every time), combine cashews and walnuts together. Once the nutty nuts are combined, add the remainder of your ingredients to the blender. Blend until creamy.
Line an 8x8 with aluminum foil and spray aluminum. Mash mixture into pan. Slice into 16 squares. Refrigerate overnight. Top with PB2 and sugar free strawberry preservatives.
