I really wanted pancakes so I made some Vanilla Greek Yogurt Mini Pancakes
• 3/4 cups (6 oz) Vanilla 0% Greek Yogurt
• 2/3 (80g) cup flour
• 10g whey
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1.5 tablespoon egg whites (23g)
• 3 oz water
• dash of vanilla extract
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients, pour into dry mixture, and stir just until combined. Over medium heat scoop a heaping tbsp onto skillet per pancake. Flip when bubbles appear. Cook until golden brown.
