These cookies are as healthy as it gets and absolutely AMAZING, my family and friends refer to them as my crack cookies and demand that I make them when they have cravings!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

You'll need:
1/4c + 2tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
3/4c Stevia in The Raw
1c Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
2c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour or Whole Wheat Flour
2 scoops O.N. Vanilla Whey
2tbsp Milk
2tbsp Cocao Nibs
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
2.Melt coconut oil until you have a liquid white(do not melt it until it is clear) put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds then stir and repeat if needed.
3. In a large bowl mix the brown sugar, stevia, coconut oil, vanilla, and egg. In a separate bowl mix the flour, vanilla whey, baking soda, and salt.
4. Mix dry into the wet and after dough starts to form add cacao nibs and warm milk.
5.Bake for 11-12 minutes, watch closely after 11 they easily over cook. Recipe makes about 40-45 small cookies
