An easy, healthy frozen treat to beat the heat.
To make the Almond-Coconut freezer bars combine the following in a food processor: 2 tablespoons almond milk, 3 tbsp of natural almond butter, 2tbsps coconut oil, 3 drops coconut flavored stevia drops, and 1/2 a scoop of vanilla whey. Once combined, add 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut and pulse a few times until mixed. Press mixture into individual silicone cups or a pan lined with plastic wrap. Store in freezer for a refreshing treat, or enjoy the "dough" right away :) remove from freezer 40-60 minutes before you are ready to enjoy :)
