For Egg Mixture:
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1.5T cocoa powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 packet stevia
For Cream Filling
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1/2 cup cottage cheese
-1/4 tsp each: almond and coconut extract
-1 packet stevia
Directions: Combine all "egg mixture" ingredients in shallow bowl. Soak 2 slices of bread into mixture. Heat pan on stove to medium heat. Cook in pan until browned on each side. Meanwhile, Blend together all "Cream ingredients" in blender until smooth. When french toast is done, scoop protein cream onto one slice of bread, and top with the other slice. Add additional toppings of choice (almonds, coconut, ect.)
