A healthy, high protein spin on the typical pudding to be the perfect breakfast fit!
Directions: Blend in high speed blender until smooth. Add 1T honey if desired.
Note: Fresh pumpkin is so sweet to me on its own that I didn't need any! but if you used canned, you will need the honey!
Note: I topped mine with baked cinnamon pumpkin seeds, fresh pumpkin puree, and cinnamon
