Omg I just died and went to heaven. Best pancakes I've made, combo was perfection! 7 ingredients too!

q Directions

Ingredients (2 servings): 2 bananas, 1 cup oats, 4 egg whites, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 golden green apple, 1/8 cup raisins, 2 tsp cinnamon. Directions: Slice apple, add all above ingredients to blender. LEAVE OUT half of the apple slices and half of the raisins for toppings. Blend until it has batter consistency. Use 1/8 cup to measure out batter and make mini pancakes. Sprinkle cinnamon on apple slices and grill until golden brown on greased pan (I used pan with grill marks)... Take 6 kabob sticks and stack pancakes with apples in between. Top with raisins. I made a Greek yogurt honey mix with dip them in! Delish!
