  •  7 medium shrimp (shelled) Steamed or Boiled Shrimp
  •  4 oz Avocados
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 slices) Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% Juice
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium pepper) Publix Red Bell Pepper
   

q Directions

Bake pepper on 375 for 30 minutes, cute out core to stuff. Sauté shrimp in seasoning of choice. Dice pineapple and avocado. Then mix in shrimp and stuff pepper!
