  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  2 serving (serving = 28 nuts) Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Meijer California Sun-Dried Raisins
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value All Natural Apple Sauce (No Sugar Added)
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Fisher Pecan Halves
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) McCormick Apple Pie Spice
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 package) Nice! Dried Apple Slices
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

Apple Pie Protein Bites

1 cup dried apple slices
3/4 cup raisins
2 scoops quest vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup unsalted almonds
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup unsweetened Apple sauce
2 tbsp almond butter

Blend dried fruit first with apple sauce and almond butter. Then add spice, protein powder and nuts. Blend until all ingredients are minced and roll into little delectable bites! Enjoy!
