1T ground almonds/almond flour
1.5T coconut flour
1.5T oat flour
1T vanilla whey
1 dried apricot (chopped)
1/2t baking powder
1/4t cinnamon
1 drop almond extract (optional)
1 pack stevia

Mix all ingredients together, microwave for ~2:55
