Purple Pancakes! Need I say more??

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Melt strawberries and blueberries in the microwave for ~ 1 minute

Add
2T almond milk
2T cottage cheese
90g (~1/4 cup + 2 T ) egg whites
1.5T vanilla protein powder
1.5T coconut flour
1T almond flour
1/4t baking powder
1/4t vanilla

Blend well and cook on medium heat!

Top with favourite pancake toppings (pictured with greek yogurt, banana slices, melted strawberries and syrup.
