² Ingredients

  •  1 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 pan fried slices) Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
  •  1/2 oz Milk (Nonfat)
  •  2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
  •  2 large Egg (Whole)
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Organic Tomato Sauce
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
   

q Directions

Whisk 2 Eggs & 1 Egg White with 1 TB Milk, Handful of Chopped Spinach & Black Pepper.
Pour into 8in Pan (lightly sprayed w EVOO).
Top with a 5-6 spoonfuls of Tomato Sauce, 2 Strips of Cooked Bacon, Crumbled & 2 TB Parmesan Cheese.
Bake on 400 degrees for about 16-18 minutes.
