A healthy and easy way to eat your oats! With added protein and healthy fats, this is the ideal complete breakfast meal to get your day started.

q Directions

Mix all ingredients together, except peanut butter, coconut flour & 1 Tbsp maple syrup, until well incorporated. Spray a small ramekin or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour oatmeal mixture into ramekin. Spoon ¼ Tbsp. peanut butter into a small bowl and microwave 10 seconds. Add coconut flour and 1 Tbsp maple syrup to melted peanut butter and mix until crumble. Sprinkle peanut butter mixture on top of protein oatmeal. Bake for 26-28 minutes. Drizzle with remainder of peanut butter.
