³ Description

My favorite childhood treat - homemade, healthy and better than ever!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Cut the chicken into small strips and set up the breading station. Mix the almond flour with the salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and paprika. On a separate dish, crack two eggs with a splash of cold water and fully combine. Place the chicken first in the egg, then into the almond meal.
Place pieces on a pan lined with foil and a little bit of oil and place in oven. If the strips are small enough, it should take 10 minutes per side - tops. Keep an eye on them and when there's color on the bottom give them a flip. Be careful when flipping to turn from bottom so that you don’t loose any coating!
Mix the mustard, honey and cayenne - dip and enjoy!
