³ Description

Only 3 ingredients, only 20 minutes to make, and a perfectly delicious substitute to regular greasy french fries!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350C
2. Wash and peel your sweet potatoes
3. Using a large knife on a cutting board, carefully cut the potatoes length ways, then cut each one length ways again
4. Continue cutting length/width ways into fries shapes
5. Spray your pans with cooking spray
6. Place the sweet potato pieces on the pans and drizzle them with olive oil (you really don't need/want to use a lot). You can even use a piece of paper towel that you've dampened with the oil and pat the tops of each piece a little bit
7. Sprinkle with your desired seasoning (I've used Mrs. Dash's various seasonings - it adds great flavour and is sodium free)
8. Bake for 15 minutes then flip each, sprinkle with pepper/desired seasonings and bake for another 10 minutes

Take out and let cool then enjoy!
