Perfectly moist and chocolatey!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp psyllium husk
- 2 tbsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cap of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of sweetener
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
1. Blend/mix everything together (minus the chocolate chips)
2. Stir in the chocolate chips
3. Cook on a sprayed and heated pan on medium heat for 2 minutes each side
