³ Description

These are so delicious and moist! Coffee shops make similar ones that are high in fat and sugars, so this is a great, cleaner alternative. Yum!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350
Mix the margerine, butter, and splenda
Add in the remaining wet ingredients except milk
Add in the dry ingredients (except chocolate chips)
Stir in milk
Fold in chocolate chips
Spray an 8x8 baking tray with cooking spray (or line it with aluminum foil and then spray it - that's what I did, as it yields less of a mess to clean up afterwards!)
Pour the batter into the tray and smooth it out with your fingers (cover your hands in flour to prevent them from sticking to the batter too much. The dough will be thick so just press it in with your fingers and smooth the top and what not
Bake for around 20 mins
Take out and let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
For the chocolate drizzle: I mixed 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips with 1 tbsp almond milk and 1/2 tsp light margarine

note: I used brown sugar zero calorie replacer (1/2 cup), not stevia packets
