This might just be the quickest and easiest apple pie ever! With a cinnamon roll quest bar crust, this apple pie for one is completely delicious, and completely guilt-free.
1. Preheat oven to 300
2. Roll out your quest bar (I used cinnamon roll flavor) and shape it into a small pie crust (I microwaved it for 7 seconds first to make it more malleable
3. Bake quest bar for about 7 or 8 minutes or until it's at a consistency you like
4. While the crust is baking, chop up and dice a small apple
5. In a bowl, add honey, brown sugar sweetener (takes better, but you can use regular sweetener if you can't find a calorie free brown one), and cinnamon
6. Microwave the mixture for about 1 minute or until the apples are soft and the cinnamon and honey are gooey
7. Take out the crust and put the apple mixture on top of it
8. Sprinkle it with some more cinnamon and if you want a "crumble" on top, add a mixture of rolled oats, cinnamon, and honey! Enjoy!
