These pancakes taste like pumpkin pie! What better way to start your morning than with pie? Delicious!
- mix everything together, spoon into circles on a sprayed pan on medium heat
- cook for 7 mins on the first side and about 4 on the second
- they’ll be really soft and moist! Top with whatever. I used no sugar added maple syrup and made a cinnamon fluff by blending almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar sweetener. Enjoy! Let me know of you try it :)
