Low carb and high protein are a perfect combo for my breakfast pancakes. Perfectly moist and fluffy, they're guilt-free and delicious!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients

2. Cook them on a fully preheated pan on medium heat, I cooked them in 1/4 cup increments and that made 7 (only 6 pictured because I messed up the first one - didn't wait for the pan to be fully heated aka it fell apart). Cook for about 2 minutes each side

I topped them with walden farms pancake syrup!
