³ Description

Simple and Delicious Oatmeal and Banana Cookies! Only two ingredients and extremelly fast and easy to make! Extra protein may be added.

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Optimum Nutrition 100% Any Whey Protein
   

q Directions

Start off by blending 1 cup of of oats, blend them until the oats turn flour-like (if wanted oat flour may be used instead).

Next, mash 1 Banana with the back of a fork in a regular bowl, until the banana is all mashed and gooey. Add Whey protein and mix.

Pour the oat flour into the bowl and mix until the mixture turns into a dough.

Finish by rolling the dough into about 4 small balls, placing them in a cooking sheet and next off to the oven!

Cook them for 15-20 mins, at the 350 temperature and then the cookies are done!

(raisins may be added or even chocolate chips!)
