A healthy yummy favorite with a protein punch!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 heaping scoop) Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein Unflavored
  •  4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour
  •  5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  24 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Sweet Tree Coconut Palm Sugar
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 1/2 tbsp) Now Foods Flax Seed Meal
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1/2 cup Blueberries
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
   

q Directions

Ingredients: 4 small ripe bananas mashed (or 3 big ones), 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar, 1 scoop vanilla whey (or sub banana flavor yumm), 1 flax "egg" (which is 1tbsp flax seed meal mixed with 3tbsp water. Or use a real egg!), 1tsp vanilla, 1tsp baking soda, pinch of sea salt, 1.5 cups oat flour, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed banana with coconut oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Add protein powder and stir. Then sprinkle a dash of sea salt and baking soda on top of your mixture, add the oat flour and stir until fully combined. Add the blueberries last and gently fold in. Bake at 175C for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
