A delicious, moist, protein mugcake without using protein powder!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Melt banana in a greased mug in the microwave for 30s (this makes it nice and sweet - a ripe banana works best for this!)

Add 2.5Tgreek yogurt and 1/8 cup almond milk, mix with banana well

Add 1/8 cup egg whites, 1T coconut flour, 1/2T each oat flour and almond flour, spices, and 1 drop agave.

Mix well, add 1/8 cup blueberries, microwave for ~3 minutes (could vary depending on your microwave - you want it to look slightly underdone on top)

Top with more greek yogurt, peanut butter and banana slices for extra deliciousness
