These homemade veggie burgers are full of fiber and nutrients, and delicious!

² Ingredients

  •  1 extra large Egg
  •  1.5 cup Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  •  1/4 tsp Salt
  •  1/4 large Onions
  •  2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) David Seeds Pumpkin Seeds
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kroger Steak Seasoning
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Central Market Ground Flax Seed
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Nutiva Coconut Flour
   

q Directions

Rinse chickpeas well, and blend with the egg (don't blend too well, you want to leave a few bigger chunks of chickpeas)

Add chopped onion, and remaining ingredients, mix well.

Form into 6 patties, and bake at 350 for ~25 minutes.

Fry in olive oil for ~2 minutes per side before serving.
