Low calorie chocolate muffins, perfect for snacking!
Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate whey (I used lean body for her)
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1T coconut flour
1T ground flax
1/4 cup egg whites
1.5T nonfat greek yogurt (I used vanilla)
1/2t baking powder
1/2 pack stevia
Directions:
Add protein powder and egg whites to the mashed banana and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
