This meatloaf is low calorie, cheap, and easy to make!

² Ingredients

  •  3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  1/2 tsp Salt
  •  1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
  •  1 cup Cauliflower
  •  400 g Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Hanover Chick Peas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Ragu Old World Style Original Pasta Sauce
  •  2 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Fresh & Easy Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Club House Italiano Seasoning
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350-375

Chop cauliflower, carrots and spinach

Blend chickpeas with the egg whites until fairly smooth (leave some chunks)

Mix remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish.

Bake for ~45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the reaches above 160.
