This meatloaf is low calorie, cheap, and easy to make!
Preheat oven to 350-375
Chop cauliflower, carrots and spinach
Blend chickpeas with the egg whites until fairly smooth (leave some chunks)
Mix remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
Bake for ~45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the reaches above 160.
