Healthy Banana Cake without white flour, no regular granulated sugar, no butter/oil. You can decide if you want to bake it as a cake or a banana bread.
In a blender/food processor mix eggs, erythritol and coconut palm-sugar. Then add 2 ripe bananas, greek yogurt, lemon zest, vanilla extract. Blend the rest of the ingredients (the dry ingredients) together before adding to the batter. Use a 20 cm round cake pan (about 8 inches).
170C (338F) for about 35-40 minutes.
