A soft ice cream made with vanilla whey, low fat yogurt and one egg. This is the perfect summer treat!

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Now Foods Erythritol
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 cone) Jason's Deli Ice Cream Cone
  •  2 serving (serving = 2-4 drops) Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Dannon All Natural Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) Sunny Meadow Jumbo Grade A Eggs
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Whole Foods Market Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
   

q Directions

Separate the egg white from the yolk. Blend egg white and 5 drops vanilla stevia until stiff. Then mix the remianing ingredients (yogurt, vanilla extract, vanilla whey, erythritol, egg yolk). Add the egg white and gently stir together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, stirring every half an hour. Use a low calorie ice cream cone.
