A soft ice cream made with vanilla whey, low fat yogurt and one egg. This is the perfect summer treat!
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Blend egg white and 5 drops vanilla stevia until stiff. Then mix the remianing ingredients (yogurt, vanilla extract, vanilla whey, erythritol, egg yolk). Add the egg white and gently stir together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, stirring every half an hour. Use a low calorie ice cream cone.
