Moist and filling mugcake perfect for breakfast :)

² Ingredients

  •  0.1 cup Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese
  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  20 g Blackberries
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1/2 cup Oats
  •  50 ml Low Fat Milk
   

q Directions

Hi! In case there went anything wrong I'll write the ingredients here too:

1/2 cup oats (50g)
1/2 banana
1 tbsp coconut flour (can omit)
2 egg whites
2 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder

3 blackberries

Mix everything (except the blackberries) with a handblender. Put 1/3 of the batter into a greased mug (I used coconut oil), add 3 blackberries and 1 tsp cottage cheese and some sweetener, add the rest of the batter. Put a plastic foil on the mug and cook in the microwave on max heat for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy! :)
